• Confirm and signpost to (where necessary) the best suited support you may need, in a personalised way, to help you reach your goals - Adam works with various Clinical and Non-Clinical Consultants, and we recognise that not all consultations result in an active partnership. We are keen to help you in the best way we can, which may mean referring you to some alternative services.

• The process for moving forward with an active working partnership and support agreement, including what may be the most cost effective solution for you, and how we could provide on-going guidance and support via email between support sessions.
