Melissa has nearly 4 years' Consultancy experience, and over 20 years' experience within the Care sector, from Care Assistant to Senior Management, based within Care Homes, Domiciliary Care and Nursing Homes, including managing community based services for both Adults and Children. She has also been offering the same Consultancy services as myself, and inspecting the aforementioned settings, as well as Supported Living and Extra Care services. 

Melissa is based in Long Eaton, Derbyshire, also remaining fairly central within the Midlands, with easy access to the Motorway. We often visit services together for larger inspections, work as one on site and one remote (similar to the CQC approach), and cover cluster areas between us. This is particularly common with Domiciliary Care Groups and Franchises, larger Care/Nursing Home Groups, when completing Due Diligence inspections/benchmarking exercises, and simply when the providers are in need of urgent support across a wider region. Other joint services can include business start up and turnaround support, covering Nominated Individual and Registered Manager roles as Interims/as a managed package, and covering sensitive investigations as an impartial party.
